Very good environment, with friendly staff, the hookah is amazing and the drinks are great my favorite is the strawberry mojito with redbull. It gives extreme Jordan vibes and there’s nice setting and music. I love it, would definitely come again. Wish they had nice cafes like this in Denver.

I wish I could give her 10 stars. We drove AN HOUR looking for a good hookah lounge. The atmosphere was great! Ola was absolutely Wonderful. We wanted to take her back with us. NOT ONE COMPLAINT. This place is great!

I have traveled to Chicago recently for the first time for work and I spent 3 days only there. For 2 night I have spent couple of hours at alkeif Cafe. I had to try it and I came back again before my flight. I can't tell you about Kholoud the manager or Mohammad alzetay , one of the servers. They both were very welcoming with a big smile on their face . The service, drinks and knafeh was just perfect. Thank you so much guys and definitely this is our spot for our next visit from California. Amal

Absolutely amazing. I can't describe how great the place is. Their pineapple shisha was so fresh. Didn't have to ask for charcoal, they were keep changing it. Lady by the name of OLA she is amazing. She goes beyond and above for the customer. Thanks you, best experience in United States.

I come here because Ola makes me feel welcome and she always brings me coals. Her kindness service and conversation makes me feel welcome like family. I work from here and can sit here for hours. Every time I come here my stay is perfect. If they had bedrooms I'd move in and live here. She really knows how to ensure a proper hookah experience; she's the glue that strengthens the business. I will keep coming back because I feel like family when I am here.

Amazing place. Being from Jordan, I felt like I was there. The atmosphere and live music, dim lights and comfortable sofas, really makes you spend hours without feeling it. The food was delicious, the service excellent. I do recommend a larger variety of food and desserts, but nevertheless it's extremely worth going to during this month of Ramadhan and experiencing it, and if you want to smoke an excellent Hookah , just ask for Ola , she is the best ..let her fix your hookah and you won't regret it. I extremely recommend it.

The atmosphere is calming and the staff is friendly, I got a deluxe hookah with grapefruit head, tea, and a water for around 35. I never felt rushed, but I did feel extremely welcomed and they changed my coal every 30-45 minutes which is so nice compared to places where you have to ask or they wait til they're just piles of ash. I will definitely go again and recommend this place to anyone I know it's taboo to mention but I've been to hookah bars where I felt a little out of place or ostracized for not being Middle Eastern, but not here. I was treated with the same level of care as every other patron!
